  1. Place encode.bat and lame.exe in the same folder as
  2. your source .wav file.  Edit encode.bat to select
  3. the filenames for your source file and target.  No
  4. spaces is preferred, you can rename them later.
  5. Select the bitrate (set to 128 by default) by changing
  6. the number in the encode.bat file.
