  1.  We support automatic taring and compressing of files.

  5.  You may create a subdirectory of directory /pub/incoming for file deposit
  6.  NOTE: Files must be kept in a bullard user named subdirectory of /pub/incoming

  10.  Files more than one week old in /pub/incoming and subdirectories are deleted

  12.  *** PLEASE : For large file transfers please use /pub/incoming/today
