This product was created and published for free distribution only. It can be transfered to everyone without any limitations. It also can be offered on other websites for download as long as the product remains in its original form. Any changes, adjustment or modification must first be authorized by the author.
The Non-Commercial Freeware version of the product is free for non-commercial purposes only.
To put it briefly: You may use the product for free as long as you don't save paid time. This includes e.g. using it at work, on your company notebook or even on your own notebook if you use it to make money in any way.
There's no special regulation for educational institutions. Professors and teachers may only use the product if they're working in an honorary capacity, i.e. unpaid.

2. Publication & Distribution

The product may be distributed in its original form unless expressly otherwise agreed upon from case to case with the author.
All rights to the product remain reserved by the author.
Neither may the product be sold in any way nor distributed with a dialer software without the express permission from the author.
Publication in the INTERNET:
- You may present and publish the product on a website without any permission from the author.
- I is strongly forbidden to link directly to the product on the author's server. It is only permitted to link to the product's website where more information and the official download mirrors are available.
- It is permitted to create a download-mirror for the product on another server as long as the product remains unchanged.
Publication in the PRESS or on a DATA MEDIUM:
- The author has to be informed in case of a release in the press (magazine, CD supplement, software collection, etc.).
3. Liability & Warranty

The author takes no responsibility for correctness of the translations made by third party translators.
It is not possible to assert any demands or compensations subsequently. However the author takes care to develop the program further to your full contentedness.
The product does NOT contain any kind of spyware or adware. The product will only contact the web server of the author if the user decides to check for an update. 6. Application of Law

This contract is subject to the legislation of the Federal Republic of Germany. It is used as if the concerning legal transactions are taking place in Germany.
If one of the terms of this license agreement is ineffective no other point is affected by that.
Instead of the ineffective term those effective terms are applied which are closest for the purposes of the intention of the author.
