"Many were expecting the iPad to be a revolutionary device. And it is," the PaperNow developers write. "For books, movies, games, music, apps… and so on. The expectation that Apple would come up with a solution for newspapers and magazines to monetize on their content, however, was not met."
They plan to change that. With the PaperNow app for the iPad -- due in June -- you'll purportedly be able to read newspapers and magazines on the iPad -- and have 'em update in real time. Pricing hasn't been announced.</div></div></span>

Artist biographies and similar acts can be viewed, as well as details on song prices and individual track lengths. iTunes Preview also offers album reviews and customer reviews.
When iTunes Previews launched, you couldn't listen to a sample of music tracks from your browser. However, Apple added that feature earlier this year. Today Apple added the ability to view information on software within the Apple App Store without launching iTunes.</div></div></span>

The company plans to demonstrate AIR 2.0 running on a Google Android-based smartphone today at the Mobile Word Congress in Barcelona. The six-core chips will be based on the company's latest Westmere architecture and deliver faster performance and more power savings compared to earlier quad-core chips. The chips will contain 1.17 billion transistors and include 12MB of cache, a company spokesman says.


The new chips are made using the 32-nanometer process, which is also used to make the company's latest Core processors introduced last month. The base architecture of both the chips are the same, but the six-core chips won't include integrated graphics capabilities. Historically, Flurry has measured surges in new application starts within its system in anticipation of new the company hypothesizes that excitement generated by Apple's iPad event in January is driving this growth.

-- 48GB (6 x 8GB) and 64GB (8 x 8GB) -- offer a maximum performance
configuration for Mac Pro 8-Core machines not available from the
factory.
In addition to the savings offered by OWC Upgrades, Mac Pro users
also retain their original factory memory modules that can either be

purportedly applies protection to a compiled application in minutes

AppProtect is a new product in Excel Software's extensive line of
software and document protection and license management tools for Mac
OS X and Windows computers. It can be used standalone or in
conjunction with the Safe Activation or WebActivation web server for
automated license activation.
A software vendor opens the AppProtect window, selects the desired
options and clicks a button to generate a protected application. The
vendor's application is wrapped with an activation process that
presents a dialog to the customer on first launch. Once activated,
the software will run on that computer without user interaction, but
application files can't be copied and used on any other computer.

appliances come with simple subscription options without any per-user
licensing. The UTM5 enables small companies to protect themselves

This creates an all-in-one application for remote publishing and
device management, according to Nikolaos Makris, CEO of 2X Software.
The new release will further reduce IT administration hassles, by
allowing centralized control of both device groups and published
resources, he adds.
