  4. Cardfiles can be useful to store common references or definitions. They are easy to create (open Cardfile in the Windows Accessories Group and save as..) and are provided FREE with Windows! For work within Toolbook may find it helpful to use one for References and another for Definitions. You can then copy and paste the information into your Dialog Box script. They can be updated without the need to open Toolbook.
