  20. The binary coded control procedures provide for the inclusion of 
  21. non-standard facilities in addition to the standard facilities given 
  22. in the appropriate Series-T Recommendations and require a unique code 
  23. to be allocated to each provider who includes such non-standard 
  24. facilities.

  26. Recommendation T.35 defines the procedure for the allocation of CCITT 
  27. defined code for non-standard facilities.

  29. CCITT defined code consists of three parts which are the country code, 
  30. the provider code and a provider oriented code.
