  5.                These interface elements are defined in SCCP Recommendations  (Q.711-Q.716)
  6.          and are included here for information.
  7.          I.1    Contents of the REQUEST type 1
  8.                The REQUEST type 1 interface element may contain the following parameters:
  9.                -   connection identification (for further study);
  10.                -   receipt confirmation selection;
  11.                -   expedited data selection;
  12.                -   quality of service parameter set.
  13.          I.2    Contents of the REQUEST type 2
  14.                The REQUEST type 2 interface element may contain the following parameters:
  15.                -   network indicator (for further study);
  16.                -   protocol class;
  17.                -   credit;
  18.                -   connection identification (for further study);
  19.                -   source local reference;
  20.                -   originating signalling point code;
  21.                -   reply request;
  22.                -   refusal indicator.
