  9.        ACCESS POINTS FOR INTERNATIONAL TELEPHONE CIRCUITS

  11.        In  2.1.1 the second sentence of the paragraph  following  the
  12. definition "line access points" has to be changed to read:
  13.  
  14.             "In this case any necessary testing of circuits carried out at ... 
  15.        (rest unchanged)."
  16.  
  17.        In  2.1.1 the third sentence of the paragraph following  the  definition
  18. of "line access points" has to be replaced by:
  19.  
  20.        "Circuit tests which involve the sending of test signals should be
  21.        carried out  from  the  circuit  access  point  as  defined  in    2.1.2
  22.        below."
  23.  
  24.        Add the following alinea to  2.1.2:
  25.  
  26.        "Where a circuit uses channel associated signalling it should be
  27.        possible  to  identify  and  measure   at   the   circuit   access
  28.        points,  the  signal-transmission   parameters,   e.g.   type   of
  29.        signal, sequence, timing, duration, level and frequency."
