  22. The procedures defined in Recommendation F.87 enable telex subscribers 
  23. to transfer messages to Group 3 facsimile terminals connected to the 
  24. PSTN, on a store and forward basis.
  25.  
  26. The interworking shall be established by provision of a 
  27. telex/facsimile interworking function (FAXIWF).
  28.  
  29. International access to the FAXIWF will normally be provided via the 
  30. telex network . Bilateral agreement may be required in the event that 
  31. other than normal telex service agreements are required.

  33. For telex subscribers accessing a FAXIWF in their own country, 
  34. national or international destinations may be specified, with 
  35. international interworking being implemented via the PSTN.

  37. The Administration providing the FAXIWF shall be responsible for any 
  38. necessary barring of international access.
