  21. Recommendation D.71 sets out the general principles and conditions for 
  22. tarification to be applied by Administrations for the provision of an 
  23. international public facsimile service between subscriber stations, 
  24. using the international public switched telephone network or 
  25. international Datel network  (telefax service).

  27. In determining the tariff principles to be applied in this service, 
  28. consideration should be given to the structure and level of charges 
  29. applicable in other international telecommunication services supplied 
  30. by the Administrations concerned and to the provisions of 
  31. Recommendation D.5.

  34. international accounting, service correspondence (service and 
  35. privilege telecommunications), and refunds for interruptions.
