  22. Recommendation D.307 R, of regional application, gives the remuneration 
  23. per year and per 100 km crowflight distance for the component B 
  24. (average cost, dependent on the distance, in a network composed of 
  25. various transmission facilities; including the cost of intermediate 
  26. repeaters and transfer equipment from onedigital system to another), 
  27. and the remuneration per year and per equipment for the component A 
  28. (line terminal equipment and multiplex equipment, including the 
  29. proportion of this equipment user in higher hierarchical systems.
