  23. Recommendation D.220 sets out the general principles for charging and 
  24. accounting to be applied by Administrations for the provision of 
  25. international circuit-mode demand bearer services provided over the 
  26. ISDN. 
  27.  
  28. In principle, there should be no charging and accounting 
  29. discrimination between bearer services which require the same network 
  30. resources and/or functions to provide the customer with the service 
  31. requested.

  33. When the network resources required to provide bearer services are 
  34. different, the collection charges and accounting rates may depend on 
  35. the costs of those resources.
