  21. Area where ZCOMM files are stored:

  23. I shall distribute DSZ.COM only as part of the DSZ.ARC EXACTLY as provided
  24. by Omen Technology Inc, or "zipped" without any file additions, deletions,
  25. or modifications.  If I distribute DSZEXE.ZOO, I shall also maintain DSZ.ARC
  26. in the same directory since DSZEXE.ZOO references files in DSZ.ARC.
  27.  
  28. If I see a modified DSZ archive or parts thereof in a file or collection
  29. of files (e.g., archive) on a bulletin board, I shall replace such files
  30. or archive members with the contents of DSZ.ARC exactly as provided by
  31. Omen Technology Inc.  I shall report instances of noncompliance to Omen
  32. Technology.

  34. I shall not allow any version of dsz to be sold, modified, patched, hacked,
  35. disassembled, decompiled, or otherwise reverse engineered without the prior
  36. written permission of Omen Technology Inc.
  37.  
  38. If I see any program or information intended to defraud Omen Technology by
  39. compromising DSZ's registration procedures, I shall diligently attempt to
  40. identify the author or uploader of such materials, report this information
  41. to Omen Technology, and cause such materials to be removed.  I fully
  42. understand that DSZ is not copy protected in any way.  I also understand
  43. that distributing any "DSZ unprotect" material is a conspiracy that
  44. financially damages DSZ's author.
  45.  
  46. I agree to feature the ZCOMM files (ZCOMMEXE.ARC, ZCOMMDOC.ARC,
  47. ZCOMMHLP.ARC) for downloading, and to announce the availability and
  48. features of ZCOMM in any bulletins, help displays, or other displays that
  49. mention communications programs.  It is my responsibility to maintain
  50. reasonably current versions of the ZCOMM files on the BBS shown above.

  52. I understand that I am welcome to use DSZ on my bulletin board(s)
  53. from the time I sign and mail this document as long as I abide by the
  54. conditions above, including featuring the above mentioned ZCOMM files.

  56. I understand that DSZ is not and never has been Copy Protected.  I fully
  57. understand that "DSZ unprotect" files have no function whatsover except to
  58. aid and encourage the theft of Omen Technology's Intellectual Property.
