  3.           BEFORE TRYING TO USE FS-PRO WITH VERSION 4.0

  5.               "Jump Starting FS-PRO and MSFS 4"

  7. Before trying to FLY a scenerio using FS-PRO and Microsoft's Flight
  8. Simulator, version 4.0...you must FIRST save ANY existing 4.0 MODE as
  9. your STARTUP mode; at least ONE time. The procedure is as follows:
  10.  
  11. RUN FS4 and load Flight Simulator...
  12.  
  13.                 PRESS: (This is the sequence of key presses.)
  14.  
  15.                         1 - MODES Pop down menu
  16.                         D - CREATE MODE
  17.                         1 - TITLE (Type in ... FSPRO Setup)
  18.                         2 - DOS FILENAME (Type in... SETUP)
  19.                         4 - SAVE TO DISK
  20.                                 ESCape to previous menu
  21.                         F - MODE LIBRARY (Select SETUP)
  22.                         E - SAVE AS STARTUP MODE
  23.                         EXIT Flight Simulator
  24.  
  25. Change to your \FSP directory and type FSPRO to load...
  26.  
  27.                   Select FILES
  28.                   Select LOAD Adventure
  29.                   Select SETUP.MOD from your library
  30.                   Takeoff and SAVE - <Y>es as STARTUP

  33. Complete documentation is provided (FSPRO.DOC) and is normal DOS-
  34. ASCII text. It is provided on SYSTEM DISK #1. We highly recommend
  35. that you read it before installing any version of FS-PRO. The
  36. procedure described above allows FS to create a file named
  37. CF.FS4 which is described in more detail in the complete docs.
