FS-PRO INSTALLATION NOTES
October 26, 1990
Please...READ BEFORE TRYING TO INSTALL FS-PRO.
Whatever you do...
DO NOT SIMPLY COPY FILES TO YOUR OWN DIRECTORIES.
FS-PRO IS GUARANTEED TO FAIL IF YOU DO!
Series 9.4 is FREE for the general public. Feel free to upload to bulletin
board services. However, in order to keep the program viable, please don't
change the original ZipFiles. Otherwise, FS-PRO will not properly install.
FS-PRO provides a completely AUTOMATIC installation routine and is
distributed on 4 ZipFiles labeled as...
FSPRO94A.ZIP
FSPRO94B.ZIP
FSPRO94C.ZIP
FSPRO94D.ZIP
Each ZipFile represents what we call a SYSTEM DISK. There are 4 of them.
Unzip each to a 360K floppy disk or you can use 2 high density disks as
well. If you use HD diskettes unzip A & B to system disk #1 and then un-
zip C & D to system disk #2. You may use high density disks of 1.2M or
740K. The files will fit on these sizes properly.
Therefore, if you use 360K DSDD floppies, you will end up with 4 system
disks. If you choose HD floppies, you will end up with 2 system disks.
Place SYSTEM DISK #1 into either floppy drive A or B and type INSTALL
and press ENTER. The entire installation utility is menu driven and a
much more complete HELP file can be read and printed from the INSTALL
menu. You are encouraged to read the FSPRO.DOC file, as well.
Whatever you do...
DO NOT SIMPLY COPY FILES TO YOUR OWN DIRECTORIES.
FS-PRO IS GUARANTEED TO FAIL IF YOU DO!
Happy FS-PROing...
