  24. ZCOMMHLP.ARC) for downloading, and to announce the availability and
  25. features of ZCOMM in any bulletins, help displays, or other displays that
  26. mention communications programs.  It is my responsibility to maintain
  27. reasonably current versions of the ZCOMM files on the BBS shown above.

  30. understand that "DSZ unprotect" files have no function except as a device
  31. to enable Conspiracy in the the theft of Omen Technology's Intellectual
  32. Property.

  35. compromising DSZ's registration procedures, I shall diligently attempt to
  36. identify the author or uploader of such materials, report this information
  37. to Omen Technology, and cause such materials to be removed.  I fully
  38. understand that DSZ is not copy protected in any way.  I also understand
  39. that distributing any "DSZ unprotect" material is a conspiracy that
  40. financially damages DSZ's author.
