  5. ESCAPE FROM INSTANT REPLAYS

  7. If you want to quickly exit from an Instant Replay, you can tap the ESC key.
  8. This will return you immediately to the action.

  11. CONTROL PANEL SUBSTITUTE
  12.  
  13. The manual says that a "Control Panel" button appears on your Home
  14. Screen to let you turn information screens on and off. We have substituted
  15. the Space Bar function, which toggles information screens on and off.
  16. Remember, you can always view any information by using the Information
  17. Summary Menu on the left side of the Home Screen.

  20. NOTES ON USING THE INSTALL PROGRAM

  22. Do not attempt use the Install Program from Drive B. Instead always use
  23. Drive A. If this is not possible, we suggest you use the DOS COPY or XCOPY
  24. commands to copy all files on the original disks into a subdirectory called
  25. 'KNIGHTS.'

  28. IF USING A TWO-DRIVE FLOPPY SYSTEM
  29.  
  30. To minimize disk swapping when playing from a two-drive floppy system, keep
  31. disks B and C in the drives at all times until prompted for a different
  32. disk.

  35. USING A MOUSE AND A JOYSTICK
  36.  
  37. If you want to use a mouse for the menu system and a joystick for the flight
  38. parts of the game, remember that the J and M keys can be used to activate the
  39. Joystick and the mouse at anytime. Note, however, that you must stir the
  40. joystick 360 degrees after pressing the J key.

  43. AUTOMATIC UNZOOM
  44.  
  45. If you have zoomed up and want to quickly unzoom back to normal,
  46. simply tap the key that accesses the view you are currently in. For example,
  47. if you are looking out the front of the cockpit and have zoomed up,
  48. tap the '"1" key. This will return you the normal in-the-cockpit view.
