  3. At Last!  The long awaited revision of Jack Nicklaus
  4. Unlimited Golf & Course Design.  If you were experiencing
  5. one of the following situations, this new version (1.3)
  6. should solve your problem.
  7.  
  8. 1. If you have a math coprocessor, you now will be able to
  9. play against a computer player allowing you to sharpen you
  10. golfing skills.
  11.  
  12. 2. Digitized sounds will now only play on computers with
  13. clockrates greater than 8 Megahertz.  Previously, on systems
  14. 8 MHz or slower, there was an occasional, random freeze when
  15. a digitized sound occurred (when putting, for example).
  16. This was due to a conflict of the clockrate of the system
  17. and the timing of the digitized sound.
  18.  
  19. 3. The Genius mouse will now access all parts of the screen
  20. in the Design program.
  21.  
  22. 4. Cactus will no longer show up unexpectedly on your Royal
  23. Troon Golf Club, Scotland (J1) course in VGA.
  24.  
  25. 5. A flag appearing in the upper left hand corner of the
  26. overhead (out of bounds from the golfer's view) in "tourn"
  27. mode, will no longer happen if all 5 pins are not placed on
  28. a hole when in the Design program (the computer will now
  29. automatically place the other four pins to avoid this
  30. occurence).

  32. 6. The sound (not the music) now toggles on and off.  The
  33. proper keystrokes are ALT-S when in the design program and
  34. F10 when in the golf program.  Please note that music will
  35. play after a round.
  36.  
  37. A little something extra for those who like to show off
  38. their scores.  You can print your scorecard, only while in
  39. tournament mode.  All you have to do is a shift print
  40. screen. To get into tournament mode, type "tourn" in the
  41. command line (i.e. golf v tourn).  Note:  For a list of the
  42. correct commands, type GOLF (enter) at the prompt.
