  3. Harpoon(tm) Scenario Editor Version 1.0 Release Notes

  5. LOADING SCENARIOS FROM HARPOON
  6.  
  7. 1)  To load a user-created scenario from Harpoon(tm) you must
  8. hit <alt>-F1 at the "main screen".  (The "main screen" is the
  9. one containing the Menu Bar and the Group and Unit Maps.)
  10.  
  11. 2)  You may experience problems loading a user-created scenario
  12. in Harpoon(tm) from a directory other than the directory from
  13. which you first loaded Harpoon(tm).  To avoid these problems,
  14. copy your scenario files into your Harpoon(tm) directory before
  15. you attempt to load them.

  17. USING SCENARIO EDITOR
  18.  
  19. 1)  The "Edit Orders" command in the "Orders2 Menu" has been
  20. changed to "Edit Group Orders".  The orders listed in its scroll
  21. box will be the orders currently assigned to the Active Group.
  22.  
  23. 2)  Units which have not been placed in the Group's formation
  24. (using the Formation Editor), will not appear on the Unit Map.
  25.  
  26. 3)  Before using the "Save to Printer" button to print "Scenario
  27. Analysis" output, make sure that your printer is turned on and
  28. ready to print; OTHERWISE, YOU MAY ABORT TO DOS.  If you are not
  29. sure about the status of your printer, SAVE your scenario before
  30. attempting to print.

  32. 4)  The "Set Speed" order is only available from "Path Editor".
