  2. Tunnels of Armageddon Cheat

  6. Note: Use Cheat Editor v2.01 or v3.0

  8. This has to be the most difficult arcade game to date. I don't see how
  9. anyone can finish this game legitimately. The mazes get really hard and
  10. you bump into walls like crazy.
  11.  
  12. This cheat will give you unlimited health. That means you get unlimited
  13. energy, shield/viewing power, time, and special shots. You get special
  14. shots when you shoot either the reddish brown square or the purple square
  15. first.

  17. Controls:
  18.  
  19. "F" - Speed up
  20. "D" - slow down
  21. "T" - transfer viewing power to your ship energy (must be completely
  22.         stopped first)
  23. "space" - fires
  24. arrow keys for direction.
  25.  
  26. If you manage to finish a zone by getting the top yellow bar to the far
  27. right, you can save your game. When you see the word 'send' on your
  28. console, press 's'. Then if you die, you can always restore your game. If
  29. you use this cheat, you'll never die so save the game if you want to play
  30. it later.

  32. The special shots destroy all blue pods and shooting aliens. It may or may
  33. not destroy an entire wall.

  35. Blinking walls will decrease your viewing power. If you get hit by an alien
  36. or hit a wall at a fast speed, your energy will decrease. If you lose
  37. any of the above mentioned or run out of time, the game is over. The brown
  38. bar indicates how much time to have to complete a zone. There are 20 levels
  39. or 5 zones to complete. If the brown bar reaches the far right, you will
  40. have 47:00 game time minutes to finish the zone or the aliens will destroy
  41. the Earth.

  43. If you use this cheat, you don't have to worry about anything except
  44. manuevering your ship. If you manage to complete the game, the ending is
  45. pretty nice. You will then get an extra command at the main menu where you
  46. can start at a 'randomized tunnel'.
