  4.       Enclosed are nine disks for your Osborne I.  They include the
  5.       System Disk, Utilities, Wordstar, BASIC programming language,
  6.       dBase II database manager, and an Extended Utilities disk.
  7.       The last one will only be of use to you if your machine has
  8.       been modified to provide 80 column display capability.  Try
  9.       the disk.  If it works, you have it.  If it does not, you now
  10.       have a spare disk!  There are also both single and double
  11.       density system disks.  If the double density disk works on your
  12.       machine, you will want to copy the other disk's contents onto
  13.       formatted and sysgen'd double density disks.

  15.       One of the first things that you should do is to make working
  16.       copies of these disks, and put them in a safe place so that they
  17.       are available later if all of your working copies get damaged.
  18.       You will also have to put the operating system on your working
  19.       dBase disk as I was unable to.  This is done with the SYSGEN
  20.       program.  It is pretty self explanatory, and should not give
  21.       you any trouble.  If you have a question, give me a call.
