  17.         Yes, Yodel is back again with a production of decent length.
  18.         This time we decided it would be better for all parts if we
  19.         would make an intro instead of a demo. When planning for a
  20.         intro like this you think realmode is sufficient. It was,
  21.         after a LOT of optimizing, and later on I (un)fortunately
  22.         discovered that my debug-code was still in the executable
  23.         file, so obviously I could have managed to squeeze a few more
  24.         cool effects in, but now I'm really tired bue to some long
  25.         days w/o sleep. Please forgive me for typos, grammatics and
  26.         spelling. You know why. :)

  29.         MINIMUM requirements:    a 386 based computer.
  30.                                  MS-DOS (or compatible)
  31.                                  approx 590kB base memory, maybe more
  32.                                  VGA compatible video adapter
  33.                                 
  34.         The QUITE GOOD computer: a 486-66
  35.                                  GUS (256kB should be enough. Not
  36.                                       tested though...)
  37.                                  Lightning fast VESA VGA.
  38.  
  39.         The "YES! I WANT IT RIGHT AWAY!" computer:
  40.                                  a Pentium 133
  41.                                  GUS
  42.                                  Even more lightning fast PCI VGA.
  43.  
  44.         The speed of the video adapter has definately MORE to say
  45.         about performance than the speed of the processor.
  46.  
  47.         If the intro does not work properly on your system, it could
  48.         either be ours or your fault. If it complains about missing
  49.         BLASTER or ULTRASND environment strings, please GUESS what
  50.         you should do about it first! :)
  51.         But IF it's a real problem, like it hangs, reboots, is silent
  52.         or formats your harddrive, we cannot be held responsible,
  53.         because we know it works on our computers, and a few others
  54.         we've tested it on. But please contact us if you want to ask
  55.         something, or you feel you need someone to yell and scream at,
  56.         but then you should contact Spiff, not Snooky. :)
