  3. This  is  the  second edition of the form, in which some corrections
  4. were made.  They do not  alter  the voting itself, just some changes
  5. in uploading the vote.  Corrections are marked with a tilde (~)  and
  6. additions are marked with a plus-sign (+).
  7.  
  8. + I have  included  a  list  of  the  most  active  Flemish  groups,
  9.   including their members and some other related info.  Some Walloon
  10.   groups  are  in  the  list  as  well.   The list has been typed by
  11.   Sleeping Dog/The Natives, with  some  additions and corrections by
  12.   Herr Cichlid/Hypernova and me, oVan/Hypernova.  Please  take  into
  13.   account  that  the  list is NOT a complete list of all the Belgian
  14.   groups, but it is a fair  representation  of those who were in the
  15.   spotlights in 1994.  I do apologise for groups and/or members that
  16.   accidentally have been left out.

  29. These awards should encourage the Belgian  demoscene  and  underline
  30. the  efforts  of it's members.  The purpose is not the actual prize,
  31. but the recognition obtained from  the  collegues.  Most of you have
  32. surely  felt  already  that  recognition  is  hard  to  achieve   on
  33. international  compo's.   We  believe  that  the  Belgian  scene has
  34. talented members, and these awards are just one way of showing a bit
  35. of appreciation to them.

  41. The voting for these awards  will  be  held in January of each year.
  42. The final results will be made available at  the  end  of  February.

  50. - You can enter only 1 voting form.
  51. - All active members of the Belgian scene can vote. 
  52. - You can only vote on active members of the Belgian demoscene.
  53. - You  can't vote on yourself!  However,  you are allowed to vote on
  54. members of your own group, but  keep the following in mind: It's not
  55. the intention of putting your groupmembers on the  first  spot.   If
  56. they really were so good in the past year, others will vote on them.

  62. The voting runs until 15  Feb  1995.   All forms received after that
  63. will not be handled!  The results will be made available at the  end
  64. of February.
