Hmm. A doc. What will he say?
LIFE The demo.
~~~~
Getting started
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
You must have a VGA monitor, and a computer to go with it. This is not one of
these nasty demos that will only run on a pentium/100 or better, it should run
on a 80286. (but I havn't tested it.) A soundcard is also a good idea, but not
necessary. It supports Soundblaster and Gravis Ultra Sound.
First run setup, this will configure your system. You will need to know the
specs of your soundcard. ( What kind, the port, IRQ, DMA) Then run life.bat and
sit back and relax. When you get bored of the first bit, hit a key and let it
continue. Any questions? No? Good.
Who is AArdVark Industries
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
So far our membership floats a bit. I'm a member, Intruder is a member, and I
think we have a couple more. At the moment, we are DESPERATELY looking for
artists and musicians. Just drop us a line and we will welcome you with open
arms. By the way, we are happy to do promotional work for your BBS or store or
even your multinational corporation (unless your company released windoze 95 a
year late.)
Later this year we will be releasing a megademo (meaning that it will be more
than a meg in size I suppose.) and one or two intros. I'm not at liberty to
call either project by their release names because someone else will nick them.
Currently we have no HQ BBS so don't bother looking for it, all our stuff is
released on the information super gridlock known as the internet.
Where we can be annoyed.
intruder - intruder@deakin.edu.au
Spiny Norman - bk138@freenet.hsc.colorado.edu
The Hereafter - same as Spiny Norman
Everyone else - every@where.else.edu
The Hereafter / Spiny Norman.
(This program would be 10 times the size if Bill Gates worked on it)
