  18. "[read-only]" Status flag means that _only_ Int. Coordinator has access
  19.               to _write_ to this area! ('ic' is currently Tommi Vuorenmaa).
  20. "[sysops]" ·· Status flag means that area is only for DGi SysOps. (Notice
  21.               that points should not have access to DGi.sysops).
  22. "[+]" ······· Status flag means that only *demogroup members* are allowed
  23.               to enter the area.

  27.  - Only Demogroup members are allowed to enter (read/write) DGi areas.
  28.    (no 'fake'/lame members!)

  30.  - It's each SysOp's duty to keep eye on his BBS's users, and remove access
  31.    from people who don't behave themselves in DGi message areas!

  33.  - Point clearly out to your users that DGi is an international demonet,
  34.    where the language used is ENGLISH! No other languages are allowed.

  36.  - If just possible, use real names instead of aliases!

  38.  - All areas are 8 bits.

  40.  - Use PKZIP (2.04g or over) to pack messages.

  42.    If a SysOp shows disregard for the rules and fails to fill his duties, 
  43.    the system in question will be disconnected.
