Hey,
Well, this is our first demo. I hope that it worked for you. If
it didn't, I don't know why. If it did, what did you think? What you
viewed was the result of about 4 months of coding (some times more
intense than others). It was written in Borland TURBO Pascal 7.0 with
ASM of course. It runs in real mode, I would have made it run in
Protect Mode, accept that no one has given me a copy of BP7 yet. It was
made on a TiCX486DLC45.6(the equivalent of a 486sx33 - ISA Bus) which
runs pretty decently as long as you don't select PC speaker. So if the
demo looks like crap don't blame us. It will not run on a 286- because it
uses 386 code (I didn't buy a 486 to write generic 80x86 code). The
entire demo is Mode 13H, no Mode-X rountines or copp-outs like EGA Poly
fills. Everything is real-time calculated, no room 4 tables of any sort,
besides that wouldn't be fair of us. If you think that the EXE is
rather large it would be because of all the bit-maps and the music. The
actual code is about 32Kb big. The source code is slightly over 6000
lines (including repetetive code I cut & pasted). An unfinished version
of the demo was first presented at the Annual Computer Competition held at
Mount Royal College where we just kicked everybodies ass. To all the
people present at the competition, we would like to say "HI", and, as we
prommised here is the finished version of the demo. Divine is a small
group that consists of two members, Maxwell Sayles(16 yrs) and
Brian Lynch(14yrs).

See You In Our Next Demo
P.S.
I Recomend to all people that you run the demo, at least once,
without any sound. It will run much smoother and much faster,
regardless of the speed of the computer you have.
