  12.     - List of possible fields with the reason why the file was nuked.
  13.     - Now it adds a line in the file description with the string used 
  14.       to nuke the file.
  15.     - Now SysOps can define the format of the message to write to the user to 
  16.       inform him on why the file was nuked.
  17.     - Displays a message to the user on-line to inform about the modify made 
  18.       to the user account.
  19.     - 0-byte the file nuked, so no one else can send up a file under the same 
  20.       name.
