  3. Changed the way the news.ppe finds and displays and edits the 
  4. Conference NEWS files, Now it reads the CNAMES.@@@ file instead
  5. of the cnames file that in PCB 15.0+ don't get updated unless
  6. you do it yourself. This should make the NEWS.PPE better for 
  7. all Sysop that use it.

  12. Seem that when I was optimizing the Code I forgot to enable the option
  13. for Aborting it and Entering a blank line at the begining.

  18. Changed alot of stuff in this version

  20. Added the configuration options to allow all boxes and colors to be
  21. changed and made it so that if you are appending to the news it will
  22. now put the NEW News at the top of the files along with the date and
  23. time it was updated, Optimized the Code got rid of stuff that was no
  24. longer being used. Added the ability to enter blank lines at the
  25. begining of the news and made the Save as "/S" and Abort "/A"
  26. Also now that the Prompts are in the .cnf file you can change what 
  27. they say and there Colors.
