          As we said  earlier, we have spent THOUSANDS trying  to reach you
          through retail distribution?   It  was only after  we decided  to
          pass  those dollars  on to  you in  commissions that  we realized
          success  in  distributing our  software.   This  is how  our plan
          works.   All of our software titles (now over 30) sell for $25.00
          per copy.   The copy you  have received contains a  serial number
          reserved in your  name.   If you register  your copy by returning
          the  enclosed registration card along with your payment of $25.00
          then  we  will pay  you  a  commission  of $5.00  for  each  copy
          registered by those you distribute to.  But it doesn't end there.
          When your  friends give  the program  to others  we'll pay you  a
          $3.00 commission  on each of those second  level registrations, a
          $2.00  commission on  the third  level registrations and  a $1.00
          commission on the fourth level registrations.

          Let's look at the numbers:

          If you register your copy and distribute it  to 10 associates who
          also   register,   we'll  pay   you   $50.00   ($5.00  times   10
          registrations).  You've   already doubled your investment  in the
          software, you have  the use of a  good software package,  and you
          have  the good feeling of  having helped 10  friends discover the
          package and started on their way to a successful business...

          Because...

          NOW YOU'RE IN BUSINESS!   When each of your 10 friends distribute
          the program   to 10 others,  we'll pay them the  $5.00 commission
          and we'll pay you $3.00  commission.  That means $300.00 in  your
          pocket.   The third level of distribution  when each of those 100
          give  the program  to 10  others pays you  a $2.00  commission or
          $2,000.00.   (sounding  better isn't   it)?   Finally  the fourth
          level will pay  you $1.00  per copy or  potentially   $10,000.00.

          package  including  this instruction  manual  is  contained on  a
          single diskette which may be freely copied and distributed.  Word
