  7. Individuals who wish to distribute the Search Express package to friends or associates may do 
  8. so freely in accordance with the restrictions outlined below. As the copyright holder for 
  9. Search Express, Phantech Software Inc. authorizes distribution by individuals only in accordance 
  10. with the following restrictions.

  12. Individuals are hereby granted permission by Phantech Software Inc. to copy the Search Express
  13. diskette for their own use (for evaluation purposes) or for other individuals to evaluate, 
  14. ONLY when the following conditions are met.

  16. The Search Express package is defined as containing all the material listed in the PACKING.LST 
  17. text file.  If any files listed in the PACKING.LST text file, or the PACKING.LST file itself, 
  18. are missing, then the package is not complete and distribution is forbidden.  Please contact 
  19. us to obtain a complete package suitable for distribution.

  21.                 The Search Express package - including all related program
  22.                  files and documentation files - CANNOT be modified in any
  23.                  way and must be distributed as a complete package, without
  24.                  exception.

  26.                  No price or other compensation may be charged for the
  27.                  Search Express package.  A distribution cost may be
  28.                  charged for the cost of the diskette, shipping and
  29.                  handling, as long as the total (per disk) does not exceed
  30.

  32. Vendors must request permission prior to distributing this package.
