  7. o  CyberSky is copyrighted software marketed as shareware.
  8.    It must never be described as public domain or free
  9.    software.

  11. o  CyberSky must not be bundled as part of another product
  12.    without prior written permission from the author.

  14. o  Any vendor publication which lists CyberSky must contain
  15.    a clear explanation of the shareware concept and this
  16.    information must be visible to customers before they pay
  17.    a fee to the vendor.

  19. o  Vendors who obtain a version of CyberSky which is dated
  20.    more than one year in the past must contact the author
  21.    to see if there is a newer version available before
  22.    distributing the package.

  24. o  Vendors are encouraged to use the description of CyberSky
  25.    contained in the FILE_ID.DIZ file to describe the package.
