  4. Installation

  6.     Stick all the files in a directory of choice, 
  7.     and add 'PILE.EXE' to a program manager group.
  8.

  10. Running Pile

  12.     The first thing you'll see is a box asking for your registration details.
  13.     If you haven't registered yet, just press cancel, and play away. 
  14.     If you have registered for a previous version, you need different codes. 
  15.     Just send me a note (by e-mail if poss), and I'll send you the new codes. 
  16.     You might want to send me more money, but it's not essential.

  18. Upgrading

  20.     As far as I can tell, you can simply copy the new pile.exe over the old
  21.     one. Your high scores will be retained.

  23. Deinstalling

  25.     Delete any files matching pile*.*
  26.     Remove from progman manager group.

  29. Redistributing Pile
  30. -------------------

  32. You are allowed to redistribute UNREGISTERED copies of Pile to whoever you
  33. like, so long as you distribute the whole package (consisting of this file,
  34. pile.exe, pile.mps, pile.hlp). Pile will not run at all if any of these files
  35. are missing or altered, so you'll just upset people. And they'll get cross 
  36. with me.

  38. You are not, under ANY circumstances, allowed to distribute REGISTERED copies
  39. of Pile. If you do, and I find out, I'll be really cross.
