  5. Program Description:
  6.  
  7.     Bike is a program that allows the user to develop a 
  8.     database of bicycle ride data for training.  This
  9.     program is useful for the racer and the casual rider
  10.     to keep track of statistics in their exercise program.
  11.     The program is intended for single user use but
  12.     accommodates 3 bicycles.  The program runs in Windows
  13.     3.1 and has on-line documentation.

  15. Hardware/Software Requirements:

  17.     Windows 3.1
  18.  
  19. Installation:
  20.  
  21.     Insert the floppy disk in your disk drive.  If the file 
  22.     is compressed, decompress the file using the appropriate 
  23.     decompression routine.  From Windows:
  24.  
  25.     Select run from Program Manager "File".
  26.     Type in A:INSTALL or B:INSTALL
  27.     Enter.
  28.  
  29.     The installation program will initialize and give you the 
  30.     opportunity to select a program group name and a 
  31.     directory name.
  32.  
  33.     Click on Install.
  34.  
  35.     The program files will be copied to your hard disk and a 
  36.     new program group will be added to program manager.
  37.  
  38.     The program is now ready to run.

  40.     (If you use a different Windows shell, then refer to your 
  41.     shell manual for installation of this software.)
