  1. MicroStation 4.0 Display Driver

  4. READ THIS FILE COMPLETELY BEFORE ATTEMPTING TO USE THIS PRODUCT !

  6. You must run QUICK SETUP from the Main Menu and select an appropriate
  7. monitor type, prior to installing the MicroStation Display Driver.
  8.  
  9. IMPORTANT: This driver is intended for use with MicroStation 4.0 only.

  13. 1.0     Installation Notes for MicroStation 4.0
  14.  
  15. 1) Make sure MicroStation has already been installed on your hard drive.
  16.  
  17. 2) To complete the install successfully, you will require the following
  18.    information:
  19.  
  20.     a) The full path name of the MicroStation directory.
  21.  
  22. 3) From the Install Enhanced Drivers menu select MicroStation.
  23.  
  24. 4) When INSTALL has completed copying all necessary files, exit the
  25.    program.
  26.  
  27. 5) Reboot the system (if you allowed INSTALL to modify autoexec.bat).  If
  28.    you have created a batch file for the set environment, run the .BAT file.
  29.  
  30. 6) Change directory to the MicroStation subdirectory and run USCONFIG.EXE.
  31.  
  32. 7) Select Display Adaptor, then Vendor Supplied driver from the menu.
  33.  
  34. 8) Select ATI MicroStation v2.3.1 Left or Right (depending on your system's
  35.    configuration)
  36.  
  37. 9) Press enter to pass the Vibrant Graphics screen, and select ATI
  38.    Graphics PROTURBO from the list of graphic displays.
  39.  
  40. 10) Refer to the README.USD file for further information regarding how to
  41.     use the enhanced features.  This readme file is copied to the
  42.     MicroStation DRIVERS subdirectory during the drivers install.
