  8.           END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR THIS SOFTWARE

  11. This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement
  12. between you (either an individual or a single entity) and the
  13. mentioned author of this Software for the software product
  14. identified above, which includes computer software and may
  15. include associated media, printed materials, and "online"
  16. or electronic documentation ("SOFTWARE PRODUCT").
  17. By installing, copying, or otherwise using the SOFTWARE PRODUCT,
  18. you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not
  19. agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install or use the
  20. SOFTWARE PRODUCT.

  22. SOFTWARE PRODUCT LICENSE
  23. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by copyright laws and international
  24. copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and
  25. treaties. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is licensed, not sold.

  27. 1. GRANT OF LICENSE. This EULA grants you the following rights:
  28. Installation and Use. You may install and use an unlimited number of
  29. copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.

  31. Reproduction and Distribution. You may reproduce and distribute an
  32. unlimited number of copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT; provided that
  33. each copy shall be a true and complete copy, including all copyright
  34. and trademark notices, and shall be accompanied by a copy of this
  35. EULA. Copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT may be distributed as a
  36. standalone product or included with your own product.

  38. 2. DESCRIPTION OF OTHER RIGHTS AND LIMITATIONS.

  40. Limitations on Reverse Engineering, Decompilation, and Disassembly.
  41. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the SOFTWARE
  42. PRODUCT, except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly
  43. permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation.

  45. Separation of Components.
  46. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is licensed as a single product. Its component
  47. parts may not be separated for use on more than one computer.
  48.  
  49. Software Transfer.
  50. You may permanently transfer all of your rights under this EULA,
  51. provided the recipient agrees to the terms of this EULA.
  52.  
  53. Termination.
  54. Without prejudice to any other rights, the Author of this Software
  55. may terminate this EULA if you fail to comply with the terms and
  56. conditions of this EULA. In such event, you must destroy all copies
  57. of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT and all of its component parts.
  58.  
  59. Distribution.
  60. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT may not be sold or be included in a product or
  61. package which intends to receive benefits through the inclusion of
  62. the SOFTWARE PRODUCT. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT may be included in any
  63. free or non-profit packages or products.

  65. 3. COPYRIGHT.
  66. All title and copyrights in and to the SOFTWARE PRODUCT
  67. (including but not limited to any images, photographs, animations,
  68. video, audio, music, text, and "applets" incorporated into the
  69. SOFTWARE PRODUCT), the accompanying printed materials, and any
  70. copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT are owned by the Author of this
  71. Software. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by copyright laws
  72. and international treaty provisions. Therefore, you must treat
  73. the SOFTWARE PRODUCT like any other copyrighted material except
  74. that you may install the SOFTWARE PRODUCT on a single computer
  75. provided you keep the original solely for backup or archival
  76. purposes.

  78. LIMITED WARRANTY

  80. NO WARRANTIES.
  81. The Author of this Software expressly disclaims any warranty for
  82. the SOFTWARE PRODUCT. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT and any related
  83. documentation is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind,
  84. either express or implied, including, without limitation, the
  85. implied warranties or merchantability, fitness for a particular
  86. purpose, or noninfringement. The entire risk arising out of use
  87. or performance of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT remains with you.

  89. NO LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES.
  90. In no event shall the author of this Software be liable for any
  91. damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for
  92. loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business
  93. information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use
  94. of or inability to use this product, even if the Author of this
  95. Software has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
