  4. Robert Euan Wells, and reproduction or distribution of all or part of any of
  5. these modules on any media is illegal without the prior permission of Robert
  6. Wells.

  8.         Some people think that since music modules such as these ones are
  9. often put together by amateurs, there is some free-for-all rule on their use.
  10. This is NOT the case. The copyrights belong to the AUTHOR of the mod, and it
  11. is illegal to use that mod in any way not specifically cleared by the author
  12. without consulting the author. People like myself spend many hours on this
  13. sort of work, and you can imagine how it offends us when we see our work 
  14. insulted by illegal and immoral use. I am happy for my work to be distributed
  15. in many ways, and you'll find I'm an easy-going sort of person. But for my
  16. own sake, and the sake of everyone else represented on this CDROM, if you
  17. decide you want to do something with our work outside the distribution
  18. boundaries of this CDROM, GET IN TOUCH FIRST.
