  12. ; switch is specified, PageOnCall keeps looking for another schedule to
  13. ; see if maybe it can find someone else scheduled for that time.  the
  14. ; way Tom (:->) manages things is to have lower-case letters mean
  15. ; individual people and capital letters meaning their fall-back
  16. ; 'urgent' people (usually a list of the person and their fallback).
  17. ; for example, 'g' is for greg, and 'G' is for greg and the person that
  18. ; backs him up.  of course, you can use any system you wish.
