  5. Until at least the end of April, all CD-ROM's are $19.95 when ordered
  6. directly from me.  After that, the price will rise to the current suggested
  7. dealer retail price of $24.95 for mail order dealers or retail stores.
  8. Customers with existing accounts at the time of a rate change will always
  9. receive the lowest available rate, either the rate in affect at the time of
  10. the order or the rate at the time of shipment, whichever is lower.  So order
  11. now at $19.95 and get the best rate.

  13. Shipping and handling is $3 per CD-ROM for domestic USA first class mail
  14. shipments and $5 per CD-ROM for overseas airmail shipments.  Special
  15. arrangements such as Federal Express are available for a $25 special
  16. handling fee, plus actual shipping charges.  For orders of multiple copies
  17. of CD-ROM's, such that more than one CD-ROM would be shipped in a single
  18. package (ordering 6 copies of each CD-ROM for example), instead of using $3
  19. or $5 per CD-ROM, use $3 or $5 per set, or partial set, of 4 CD-ROM's as
  20. follows:

  52. Be sure to state in your order which CD-ROM's you want and include the
  53. appropriate shipping and handling as indicated above.  As with the floppy
  54. distributions, funds not immediately used will go into an escrow account
  55. (fully refundable at any time), to be charged against as CD-ROM's are
  56. shipped.

  58. If you already have an account for the floppy distribution, you can trans-
  59. fer to the CD-ROM account, and automatically switch over to the CD-ROM
  60. distribution, by simply notifying me that this is what you'd like to do.

  62. I can now accept MasterCard or VISA orders.  If you are preordering CD-ROM's
  63. that are not yet available, please include a statement with your order that
  64. you agree to have the charge made to your card before delivery of the
  65. CD-ROM's, subject to full refund on demand of any unused portion.  If you
  66. FAX in an order to be paid by credit card, please sign it somewhere.
