  1. This is disk 226 of the freely distributable AMIGA software library.
  2. Below is a listing of the significant directories and their contents.

  5. Vlt        VLT is both a VT100 emulator and a Tektronix (4014 plus
  6.         subset of 4105) emulator, currently in use at SLAC
  7.         (Stanford Linear Accelerator Center).  Although the VT100
  8.         part was originally based on Dave Wecker et al.'s VT100,
  9.         many enhancements were made. The program requires ARP, and
  10.         it has an ARexx port.  XMODEM 1K/CRC and Kermit protocol
  11.         support also included.  This is version 4.036, with many
  12.         enhancements over the previous version, 3.656, included
  13.         on disk 202.  New features include support for other serial
  14.         ports, external file transfer protocols, and "chat" mode.
  15.         Improved behavior on the Workbench.  Tektronix emulation
  16.         now allows saving IFF files, PostScript files, and
  17.         printing bitmaps to the printer.  Many other enhancements
  18.         and bug fixes.  Binary only.
