  1. This is disk 214 of the freely distributable AMIGA software library.

  4. ArcPrep        ArcPrep prepares files and/or directories for archival
  5.         with arc or any other program that can't scan through
  6.         different directories and/or handle long filenames.
  7.         Version 2.1, includes source.

  10. MandelVroom    A Mandelbrot/Julia-curve generating program that features
  11.         five numerical generators (integer, ffp, ieee, 020, and 
  12.         020/881) in hand-crafted assembly for maximum speed, online
  13.         mouse selectable help for all functions, generation of
  14.         multiple pictures simultaneously, a sophisticated user
  15.         interface with shaded gadgets, etc.  Some of the other
  16.         features include zoom, magnify, color-cycling, contouring,
  17.         auto-contouring, histogram, statistics, presets, extra-
  18.         halfbrite support, overscan, orbits, pan mode, and more.
  19.         Requires 1Mb or more of memory.  This is the source to
  20.         version 2.0, an update to the version on disk 78.  A
  21.         compiled binary, along with help files and example
  22.         images, can be found on disk 215.

  25. MemDiag        A memory diagnostic program to identify addresses which
  26.         produce memory errors, and a memory quarantine program
  27.         which removes such defective addresses from the system's
  28.         free memory list, until such time as the hardware errors
  29.         can be corrected.  Version 1.1, includes source.

  32. RunBack        Another step in the evolution of Rob Peck's RunBackGround
  33.         program, from disks 73 and 152.  Allows you to start a new
  34.         CLI program and run it in the background, then closes the
  35.         new CLI.  This version has been enhanced to use the NULL:
  36.         device by Gunnar Nordmark (included), which is a "real"
  37.         device, so it solves problems with previous versions of
  38.         RunBack which used the Nil: "fake" device, causing many
  39.         crashes.  Includes source.

  42. SmartIcon    This shareware program, submitted by the author,
  43.         is an Intuition objects iconifier.  Version 1.0
  44.         is limited to iconifying windows, which is still
  45.         very handy.  It adds a new "iconify gadget" to
  46.         each window, that when clicked on, iconifies the
  47.         window into an icon in the ram: disk.  This is the
  48.         same version as released on disk 134, but now includes
  49.         the source code.
