  1. This material was submitted to me directly on disk by Jeff Lydiatt,
  2. the Panorama Club Librarian.  The submittal letter indicated that the
  3. author, Charlie Gibbs, is a member of the Panorama Club.  I presume
  4. that Charlie has given his permission for this material to be included
  5. and that the statement in the documentation that "permission is given to
  6. freely distribute this program provided    no fee is charged" is either
  7. waived or not intended to apply to "reasonable" disk duplication charges.
