  16. These routines utilize the blitter to speed up rendering of fonts of
  17. any height, and of 4-16 pixels in width.  Other fast text rendering
  18. routines only speed up rendering of 8 bit wide fonts.  This code can
  19. be linked in with your programs.  A skinny font is included so you
  20. can have more columns in a window.
