  15. Summary:    This program allows loading/setting/saving/adjusting of
  16.         screen colors.  It can also be compiled to not allow
  17.         *adjusting* of colors (although setting, loading,
  18.         and saving still work) -- saves ~6K.

  23.    The built-in help for the un'FANCY' version tells about the "adjust"
  24. mode which is not available in it -- a simple code change that I didn't
