  1. This material was submitted to me on disk directly by the author,
  2. Ernie Nelson, for inclusion in the library.  Note that this material
  3. is shareware.

  5. Also note that the cover letter sent to me with the disk authorizes
  6. me to include this material on a disk for which my normal library
  7. duplication fees apply (since the names.doc file is more restrictive).
  8. I presume, but make no representation to the effect, that this
  9. permission also covers secondary distribution of the disk in
  10. it's entirety, by third parties, for similar duplication fees.
