  13. Below is the source and executable for an AmigaDOS handler "ID:".
  14. I wrote it to help provide a facility similar to mktemp on UNIX (tm).
  15. Since process IDs (being MsgPort addresses) are not necessarily
  16. unique on the Amiga, another method was needed for generating
  17. unique numbers.
