  1. Previous versions of SIOD ran fine on all 68000 based Amigas I could
  2. test them on. This version does not work correctly on an Amiga 3000
  3. using the stop-and-copy garbage collection scheme. However, the
  4. mark-and-sweep scheme works fine.

  6. I suspect that siod will work properly in all modes on Amigas without
  7. memory above the normal 68000 address space for both stop-and-copy and
  8. mark-and-sweep.

  10. As elsewhere, this is made available as part of my ongoing search to
  11. find the perfect LISP system for the Amiga. I don't plan on doing
  12. either more work or support for this, and am making it available
  13. should others wish to do so. The author has been notified of the
  14. problems on the Amiga 3000, and may provide a fix in a later release.
