- Dear Mr. Fish;
-
- Much to my dismay, I have learned that the disk I sent you back in
- May had a corrupt file in the Matlab archive. The file plot.sub, as
- compiled for the 68000 processor, was incorrectly compiled and evidently
- had some 68020 code buried in it, causing it to crash on 68000 machines.
- I am not sure whether the incorrect code was in plot or in diglib,
- therefore I recompiled both and am issuing a patch file called
- PatchMat.lzh
- PatchMat.lzh provides a recompiled plot.sub module to replace the
- 68000 version found in the Matlab.lzh archive on FF499, and a new Diglib
- to replace the 68000 version found in Diglib.lzh on FF499.
- This error escaped my notice because I am now doing most of my
- work on an A3000, and of course the incorrect module worked fine on
- that machine.
- My apologies to everyone for the problem.
-
- Sincerely,
-
-
- Jim Locker
