  1.     Sorry for the ommission of the $$DES$$ file format for my LIB 
  2. program.  TOLIB creates these files.  The $$DES$$ file is simply any text
  3. file that should be printed out when the LIB program is run.  The format that
  4. I personally use is:

  6.     Disk From (Fred Fish #)
  7.     A program which does everything.  Other notes.  Info.
  8.     Author
  9.  
  10.     The program does not care about the format, except that continuations
  11. onto the next lines should be proceded by a &.   This allows the computer
  12. to rejustify the words to make them fit within the margins. (So the & has
  13. the effect of making the justification routine ignore the following
  14. newline character.)
  15.
