By downloading and using this THIRD PARTY SOFTWARE you accept these THIRD PARTY SOFTWARE licenses or arrangements and acknowledge that you have read and understand them. Watermill 3D Screensaver is distributed with FatPuppy a plugin for MS Internet Explorer. This means that when you install Watermill 3D Screensaver you also install FatPuppy. By agreeing to the terms herein you are also agreeing to the Zeus Promotions LLC., end user license agreement.
The third party software is provided by Opt-Media.com under the same guidelines as found in LIMITED WARRANTY and LIMITATION OF LIABILITY.
There are inherent dangers in the use of any software available for downloading on the Internet, and Opt-Media.com cautions you to make sure that you completely understand the potential risks before downloading any of the THIRD PARTY SOFTWARE. You are solely responsible for adequate protection and backup of the data and equipment used in connection with any of the THIRD PARTY SOFTWARE, and Opt-Media.com will not be liable for any damages that you may suffer in connection with using, modifying or distributing any of the THIRD PARTY SOFTWARE.
INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to release, indemnify, and hold Opt-Media.com, its contractors, agents, employees, attorneys, officers, directors, stockholders, vendors, representatives and affiliates harmless from all liabilities, claims and expenses, including without limitation attorneys' fees relating to or arising under these T&Cs.
COPYRIGHTS AND COPYRIGHT AGENTS:
Opt-Media.com respects the intellectual property of others. If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide Opt-Media.com's Copyright Agent the following information:
(i) an electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest;
(ii) a description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed;
(iii) a description of where the material that you claim is infringing is on the site;
(iv) your address, telephone number, and email address;
(v) a statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
