  6. 1. Run pfssm.exe 
  7. 2. choose the source swf
  8. 3. choose the destination file
  9. 4. click on make to produce the screen saver

  13. unfortunately pfssm only work with windows 2000,XP( and NT4 according to microsoft docs) 
  14. making it work under 98/95 would require for me a lot more of work :p.
  15. So if it produce a screen saver with a counter instead of what you expect it haven't work because 
  16. either you're under 98 or maybe it has found an internal error.
